Parasites are organisms that live inside (or on) a host and get their food and nutrients at the expense of their host, essentially leaving the host (you) with just the leftovers. These parasites prevent you from receiving all the vitamins and minerals from your food and cause nutritional deficiencies.
When an “antiparasitic” is introduced into the body, parasites begin to die, which causes them to release inflammatory neurotoxins, heavy metals, viruses, mold, and other toxins into your body. This can be very uncomfortable for some, causing “die-off” symptoms.
Here are some common parasite “die-off” symptoms:
When doing a parasite cleanse, it is best to work with a practitioner and make sure all detox pathways are open beforehand. Generally, people need to cleanse for about 90 days, while some people with more complicated infections or chronic illnesses may need longer. If you are prepared and have the right tools to deal with these reactions above, you will have an easier time. The more you work on eradicating the parasites, the easier these reactions can become.
